Zinc plating

The zinc plating is used for corrosion protection of iron parts. We apply different types of passivations on the zinc deposit to increase the protection of the coating against corrosion. In addition, these passivations provide the colour of the final finish, which can be white, iridescent or yellow. By applying seals and lacquers in the final phase of the process, we manage to increase the corrosion resistance (both white and red rust). All our production processes are chrome VI free.

At RECO we have a total of 3 manual, automatic and semi-automatic plating lines. We have capacity to work either with rack or barrel processes and the possibility of carrying out zonal treatments.
