Nickel plating

Bright nickel is a substrate with high anticorrosive resistance and high hardness for glossy and resistant finishes, although it is also used as a base coat for other finishes. Alternatively, we apply a semi-bright nickel finish, which, due to the columnar structure of the deposit, gives the finish specific characteristics.

At RECO we have a total of 3 manual, automatic and semi-automatic plating lines. We have capacity to work either with rack or barrel processes and the possibility of carrying out zonal treatments. We offer various combinations in bright, semi-bright finishes etc.

The base materials that we nickel plate are:

• Copper, brass and all kinds of copper alloys
• Aluminium
